Track Work Out

Tim's Track Workout is held at the Corona Del Sol High School track every Wednesday at 5:30 am. Meet at the track OR at Sole Sports Running Zone (Rural and Warner) at 5:15 am and jog to the track. Please email Tim Bolen for more info and to verify times and location as they do change from time to time.
